Overview
A comprehensive web-based admin dashboard designed specifically for the Training & Placement (T&P) department. This platform empowers department faculty members with powerful tools to streamline and centralize the management of student data. It enables effortless collection, organization, and secure storage of student information in a unified location. Additionally, the dashboard provides features for sending official announcements directly to students, exporting records seamlessly into Excel sheets for offline use, and visualizing important metrics using intuitive pie charts and bar graphs. Overall, it enhances operational efficiency and decision-making within the T&P department.
Approach
After numerous QnA sessions and meetings with our university placement department, we realised the problems faced by the faculties.
No centralised storage. Data stored in excels on local machine.
No visual insights and story telling.
No robust communication with students. Emails got missed and whatsapp groups got spammed.
We realised a need for a web dashboard with centralised storage, backed by appwrite. Flutter web was promising for the scope.
Feature List
Data Analytics features - Overview of student data, with pie charts and bar graphs.

Storage features - Upload company logo, job description file, and file support in announcements.
Realtime features - Realtime student profile updates and sending announcements. Creating job drives in realtime.
